Looking for long term winter 24/25 rental (The Villages)

Retired professional couple looking to rent a home from 11/1-4/1/2025.
Ideally a 3 BR, but 2 will do if the price is right.
Golf cart a big bonus.
We have excellent financials & previous rental history in Naples, FL.
Looking to try a new place.
We own a home in WI.
No pets, smoke.
Would need an excellent internet connection, as my wife still works part time in development for a major resort company.
We have friends who are residents of T.
V, as well.
We're trying to avoid the ridiculous "service" fees of AirBNB and VRBO.
Will provide any information to assure you we are legit, including a deposit in advance.
