Job Summary: The Sales Representatives will spend the work day on the telephone and computer.
The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional.
He/She will respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries, and make outbound phone calls, emails and text messages.
Generating appointments from our customer database is a main component of this position.

) Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position: Promptly respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Use our phone system to market to existing customers and prospects.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Generate sales appointments.
Full vehicle presentation.
Working negotiation.
Getting customer ready for the finance manager.
Full delivery of the vehicle.
Effectively utilize lead management tools.
Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
Requirements: At least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems Confident and professional phone manner Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
