Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, meeting monthly goals, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for your customers.
Learn on the job with trained team members, and gain experience in the post-paid side of wireless sales.
Earn the ability to build your own commission checks and gain oppurtunities of personal or professional growth.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of computer basics or technology products is required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Be commission-earning focused
