Our company is looking to add to our renowned team of physicians in our offices located throughout Florida! Our team has a strong reputation for providing team based, high-quality, multidisciplinary medical care to every patient who walks through our doors.
If you’re a dedicated doctor whose priority is safe, quality, compliance, and evidence-based care, you could be a perfect fit! *Our physicians:* * Outpatient care in a team-based setting * Thoroughly and compliantly document all Chief Complaints, diagnoses, and procedures in the EMR * Provide accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes and complete documentation in a timely manner for billing purposes * Network with other physicians of various specialties * Attend training and meetings as necessary and actively participate in the on-going implementation of quality improvement.
* Participate in the on-call roster, carry hospital privileges for admission needs * Supervise and participate in workers’ compensation, if assigned * Consult upon request and submit necessary documentation * Meet with the Medical Director (as needed) * Attend all functions as requested in support of the Practice * Attend all mandatory in-services and annual regulatory trainings as requested * Communicate any and all concerns with the administrative team in a timely manner * Take ultimate responsibility for the function of the individual office ACN provider's welcome! different compensation.
In addition to these duties, our physicians also remain compliant with all Federal and State regulations and agree to abide by any and all policies and procedures as set forth by the governing body of Access Health Care Physicians, LLC.
If you’re big on compliance, quality, evidence-based medicine, & patient engagement and meet the following requirements, we’d love to meet YOU! *Education/Experience* All physicians must have a Medical Degree (MD, DO) or equivalent and a current Florida license.
As a condition of employment, the physician must provide all paperwork as requested by the credentialing department upon request and the physician must keep any and all certifications, DEA #s, licenses, etc.

*Language Ability:* All physicians must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Must have the ability to respond effectively to extremely sensitive inquiries or complaints.
The ability to make effective speeches and presentations is a MAJOR plus! *Computer Skills:* This position requires the knowledge of medical records, word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, inventory software and internet software.
*Other MUST HAVES include:* Strong leadership skills Ability to multitask Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent customer service skills Conflict resolution skills Marketing skills Strong organization skills Every physician on our team is: * Highly focused * Self-motivated * Detail-oriented * A team player *Certificates and Licenses:* Medical Specialty License or Certificate for the state of Florida Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty *Supervisory Responsibilities:* Supervises all employees in the individual office practice.
Carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the practice’s policies and applicable regulatory laws.
Some of the benefits offered include: * 21 days PTO time off each year.
* 7 days CME time off each year.
* $3,000.
00 CME reimbursement each year .
* Paid Holidays in accordance with Access’ holiday schedule.
