Our HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Rep earns $60,000 - $100,000/year! We provide our team with fantastic benefits, such as a medical reimbursement option, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), and short-term disability (AFLAC).

BECOME AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - IN-HOME SALES REP AND HELP US GROW
n
Your schedule varies depending on client needs, so you may need to work Monday - Saturday.
n
In this position, you meet with potential clients in their homes to learn about their heating and cooling needs and promote our company as having the answers.
You spend your time traveling to various homes, presenting our products and services, and offering personalized solutions to homeowners.
n
After the initial meeting, you regularly follow up with the client and encourage them to close the deal.
Once each system is installed, you check in with the clients one more time to make sure they're totally satisfied with our work.
You take pride in helping others feel more comfortable in their homes!

OUR IDEAL HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - IN-HOME SALES REP

We're looking for an outgoing and charismatic person that meets the following qualifications:
n
n
3+ years of experience with in-home face-to-face sales
n
2+ professional references
n
Clean driving record
n
Willingness to complete additional training
n
n
It's not required, but bilingual fluency would be a huge bonus! Experience with HVAC sales would also be preferred.
