Salary:
To start, we are offering $500 a week, plus a commission.
Commission will be between $300-$1,000 per signed contract.
If you land a customer who gives more than one job, you will still get commission for the following projects.
Responsibilities:
- The main objective of this position is to generate leads, projects, new customers, and projects for the company.
- Make cold calls, deliver business cards/flyers to potential customers, etc.
- Must be comfortable with talking with strangers on cold calls/meetings.
- This position does not require you to perform quotes or estimates.
This is simply a position to expand our customer base and gain new customers.
New leads will be turned over to a project manager/estimator.
Unless applicant has roofing estimating experience, in that case we can renegotiate salary.
