Position Summary: Travel to facilities in the Greater Tampa area to perform on-site clinical recommendations as initial contact for external case management and discharge planners to receive referrals, gather, and verify pertinent information, and complete necessary procedures to schedule and admit inpatients and/or outpatients.
Licensure Required: Active CNA/MA/LPN.
Qualifications: Able to pass a Level 2 screening.
Experience Required: Previous marketing/sales experience.
Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
