Compensation: $43,000 - $65,000 yearly Responsibilities: Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features Demonstrate newly purchased equipment to clients when they pick up their vehicles Participate in training both in and out of the store Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Provide accurate information (e.

product features, pricing, and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions via phone and in person about specific products/services Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Provide customer feedback to the Sales Supervisor Store merchandising including maintaining displays Keep abreast of new trends in the industry Actively seek out customers in-store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Cross-sell products Handle returns of merchandise Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales (e.
