* Utilizing CRM and other tools efficiently to maximize lead conversion
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Staying informed about solar industry trends and Sunlight Solar's product offerings
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

* Proven success as a Lead Closer in the solar industry
* Motivated and ambitious individual with a track record of achieving sales targets
