As a Sales Counselor at Freedom Pointe at the Villages, you are held to a high standard.

Meets and exceeds personal sales expectations 2.
Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner 3.
Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames 4.
Utilizes C3 Leads effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base 5.
Uses Direct Sales Performance Indicators (DSPI’s) to set goals and diagnose areas of strength and needed improvement 6.
Generates adequate presentations by effective prospecting.
This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of e-mail, home visits, etc.

Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays 8.
Communicates with key influencers impacting the buying decision 9.
Participates in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director 10.
Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement, Disclosure Statement, etc.

Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner 12.
Implements Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community 13.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times 14.
Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, upgrades) 15.
Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for construction / physical plant changes 16.
Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately 17.
Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in 18.
Develops and updates as needed the community move- in resource guide Qualifications: 1.
One year of senior living sales experience 2.
Administrative degree minimum three years related work experience or high school degree and minimum five years related work experience 3.
Organizational skills 4.
Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment, where good communication (especially telephone) and customer relation skills are essential 5.
Proficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications 6.
Strong written and verbal communication skills 7.
Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
